All rates are USD, based on double occupancy and do not include applicable taxes. Maximum occupancy is 2 persons per room, except 4 persons per room in one-bedroom suites and penthouse apartment. Rates are subject to change without notice. A 50% deposit will be collected at the time of reservation. Deposits are fully refundable up to 31 days prior to scheduled check-in, less a $25.00 processing fee. Deposits are not refundable within the cancellation periods. Deposits on certain holiday or seasonal dates may be nonrefundable; please call for details. Full balance is due upon check-in. Check-in time is generally between 2:00 pm and 6:00 pm. Accommodations will be made for late arrivals. Checkout time is 11:00 am. Many flights leave Maui late in the afternoon and evening. Carefully check your flight schedule to determine if booking one extra night would make your last day on Maui more enjoyable. All rates include daily light housekeeping, except on Sundays and major holidays. We are an all-adult property, no guests under age 18 are allowed in some common areas such as the clothing optional rooftop deck. We can accommodate gay families in the one bedroom suites only via phone reservations.
